I have been with kroger going on nine yrs this august and always been a good employee.But that does not count when it come to taaking care of their people.
This past Dec. I was coming down the steps from the office carrying cao gun etc,
What I did not see was someone put a cardboard box on the bottom step.
I fell and rolled up om my left wrist , and hurting it. Alot of people came to help me up.
My wrist was hurting bad, but guess how stupid I am ( co mgr thats been around awhile said can you move your fingers , I did . He said not broken put some ice on it.) I did and went back to work as scan rite.
When I got home ended up going to er it was fractured !
Now cast is off and should have started therply last tuesday. I called our comp lady she gave me permission and all . Well ten min.laster therply peopele called answering machine. We have both called for last 4 days answering machine (SCREWED HERE>
Now twoweeks ago was in hosiptal 3 days due to infection staf.
Well out all week but 8nit mgr said I could use vacition time.B4 I got back he went on vacation no note passed on so no check and then zone j lady roma
said no due to its not krogers fault if you get sick or hurt to pay vacation pay.SCREWED I have always given 120% but now going to get lawyer this 
week for wrist ( oh its deform enough to see the diff,) and I will only do what it takes to get by.Nomore no l.I always protected my mgr and company
But I see were that gets you no where but screwed!!!I cared.
Wish Lucia could read this to see how things are and why people quit caring.
