I have been working a Kroger for a 1 1/2 years and I have seen 1 pay raise. I started out at 5.15 and hour and have now reached 5.75/h. Last month, we had a new employee start working for us, a 14 year old jewish boy, and he started out at 6.75/h. Since I have worked there, 3 jewish teenagers have worked there, and they have started out at least 6.50/h. Is this a coincidence or is this discrimination?
