I'll be starting to work for Kroger within the next week. So far they're starting me off at a crappy $6.00/hr. I hear that at Kroger your salary is raised depending on the amount of experience/time you spend working with them.
How long does it take to get from one pay raise to another (ex. like 2 months from starting, etc)?
Last I knew pay raises were every six months from the date of hire, plus one token raise per year, but don't settle for $6/hour - as of 7/1/07 the minimum wage in the state of Michigan was raised to $7.15/hour.
