pay rates

i have been working at kroger for about 3 years in the grocery dept making $7.10 and i got moved to the meat dept about 2-3 months ago and my store manager said there was no pay raise is this true? is there a difference in meat departments pay rate with grocerys pay rate.

I worked in the meat shop briefly and did not see a pay increase. I requested to go back to grocery and got my wish.

I'll be working at Kroger three years Oct. 1st and I'm only making $6.55hr. People I talk to out in town think Kroger is a good paying job. If we don't get a good payraise in our next contract I"m gone!

YOu don't get a pay raise to move departments. You'll get your regular pay raise according to the Union contract.
