this post is for the people who are doing wrong and causing good people greif. I'm sorry if I offended anybody but I feel if you goof off or do your work wrong and make others correct it or steal on a regular basis you should quit your job so management can find someone willing to be productive ad do things the correct way. you are throwing knives at other people not to mention yourselves.
You are welcomed to post how you feel about what I said but I urge you to please make an effort to do better.

When contract negotiation times comes up, management is going to find every way possible to say we ain't productive. Doing this they can justify saying we don't need a raise.
