great, I too am frozen lead. I have been spending much of my time washing out frozen up freezers lately but they seem to be stable for at least the time being.
I was wondering how you are dealing with those new birdseye steamfresh veg bags? I can't seem to make them work noo matter what I try. They are slippery and fall all over each other. My GM is not real happy with how they look but hasn't said anything to me about it, I know he is waiting to see what I am going to do about it but I am about out of Ideas.

Yeah, the steamfresh bags are a pain.. I just recently got a distro from the warehouse. To my pleasant surprise, they all came in tray style PDQ boxes. I'm guessing they're packed this way for easier display on the endcap, but I'm gonna use the boxes on the isle too. All I had to do was just cut the plastic and slide the box on the shelf. I dunno how long it'll last till my store mgr. complains about it looking tacky.. but the customers love it. It keeps the bags straight, and they're standing up, so it's easier to see what they are. You might check to see if you can get any plastic trays for the shelves. I was given trays to use for my P.S. steamer set, so I'm sure you could probably get trays ordered one way or another.
Forgot to mention.. In the past, I've always stocked them by standing two bags up in the back, then laying the rest flat and doing a regular groc. style block.
(the two standing up in the back are there to fill a short gap. For my shelves this works pretty well, play with your set to see what works best for you, start at the front laying them down, then work your way back, if you can't lay the last bag completely flat, do it like I mentioned, this will fill the gap in the back and keep them from sliding backwards and falling everywhere.)
here's what i do, -keep them full. i know most people can't stand one row, but i stand two. just load it full, all standing, with them leaning slightly back, then stand another row on top (or laying down if they won't fit) the front one will catch on the shelf lip, and once one is bought one slides down or forward and it self conditions. it's easiest to keep it really full, but when they're low, i lay two down on top of eachother and then lean the rest on them standing infront -good if almost empty. this keeps it always looking good and displays the product better. corporate walks approved too. =) -i hate frozen, but i;m made for it.
