My manger is always asking you got a girlfriend, who you talking to on your phone, or just weird stuff a manager should'nt ask what his deal and can I stop this.
sounds like your manager is just being friendly, you may be hearing something that really isn't there maybe because you would like to think there is a possibility of a connection?
In any case if it makes you uncomfortable then just tell them to stop making such comments and if that doesn't work then go to the shop steward and tell them to intervene.

Were you talking on the phone while on the clock? If so, he may have been trying to give you the hint to stop before you get written up? Otherwise, it is just a thing to give a generic answer to so he might get the hint that it's none of his business and leave you alone. If it continues, I would go to the Shop Steward as another poster suggested.
