all you have to do to get your tender time below .45 is shut the drawer before you get the cash change out then re-open it to give the customer change, you can also process a check while the customer is getting out the drivers license and then re-open the drawer to put in the check. If u have alot of wic orders just make sure you close the drawer real fast after hitting wic twice to close the order. Another way to get it down is to press the Total key many times throughout the order. Anytime you have to stop checking toal it out. If you have a manager override when u stop checking to wait on a check or wait on them to get something out of the car or off the shelf then suspend the order and retrieve it at least once, if you have enough time u can do it twice.
