Anyone else out there, in the wonderful world of Kroger...work in the bread section? They moved me from 3rd shift stocking, to day shift bread stocking...today. I guess the section really needed help. To tell the truth, I think I like working at night better. I get to be by myself, no worries of customers, and I think I even work faster. I guess the bread aisle is okay, but it's a hassle...bringing the old things forward, the new to the back, marking down tommorrows things prices, and getting rid of todays things. Ah, I just want to cut open boxes and stick them in shelves...what do you guys think?
At my store the bread person has it made. Light work, comes in at 4am, leaves at 12:30, might work a couple hours in grocery each day, usually something light like paper products. 2 days off in a row. Hope you have similar luck:)
