Also if you ask off a certain day and you work full time days nights and weekends that you just loose those hours?  We have always been able to work either longer shifts or another day to get our hours and now all of a sudden they're telling us we just loose those hours.  We have several part time people that can't work thru the week and someone has to work but we can't work a different day to make up our hours now and we are entitled to 2 days off  a week no matter.  We have 2 full time techs that work same schedule day after day and don't work nights or weekends and they don't get their hours back but thats because they don't want to have to work nights or weekends not because they don't have the opportunity?  If someone knows about this please reply back.  Thanks

Is the pharmacy union? I think I seen where they were asking them to sign up in Zone 1.

As a PT in grocery I have to do 22.5hrs aweek for insurance Plan B and the average has to be over a 12 week span. Thats just for myself.

FT has to average over a 12 week span 38 hrs to keep insurance. Now this is in Zone 1 in the Nashville area. I'm not so sure about the pharmacy. CHeck you Union Handbook if you are Union.
