I'm just wondering if you lose your full-time status for whatever reason, do you lose the raise as well?

Thanks

no, your pay can go up but it can never go down. If you receive 40 hours for more than 2 or 3 weeks in a row then they have to move you back to full time status as well.

According to our contract, if you go back to part time status, your pay drops down to a corresponding rate for the experience and pay rate of a part time employee.. Should you step back or busted back from a market position, then you go back to the corresponding pay rate and position you had before. A top paid clerk, that goes back to part time could see a cut in pay of about $2 an hour.

Hewre is what our contract states as far as a meat clerk would go. .
If hired inwith no experiance a clerk would start at 7.35 both full or part time.
Top paid clerk would get $9 per hour with a full time clerk getting $11.55 per hour.
If you average ( not shedualed but average) 35 hour a week then you are full time. If you are cut, on hours, but still average 28 hours per week, then you still stay at full time pay and benifits. So a full time clerk can  cut down to 3 and a half days and still keep their pay rates and benifits.

Full time clerk rates are as followed in local 540
start      $7.35
6   mo.      $7.75
12 mo.     $8.05
18 mo.     $8.55
24 mo.     $9.05
36 mo.     $9.55
48 mo.     $10.05
54 mo.     $11.55
