ANONYMOUS. WHY?

It does seem to be a little ironic that so many people come here to bitch and complain about both kroger and the union. That is fine and do not have a problem with that. But then when it comes down to it, there are so many Chicken%$#& s  there that will only post as anonymous. Is it that they just do not care to step up and prove they have the balls to say what they think? Could they just be paranoid that they are not compliant, in their own abilities, to take responsibilities and do what is needed? Then maybe they are just people that will bitch and complain about anything because they are  miserable people or paranoid in the belief that the kroger gods are watching this forum and ready to pounce on anyone that they can identify. Or are they just to lazy or tired to create a profile and post under anything but anonymous.

That is fine and at least you have the Balls to enter something other that anonymous. Just have problems with the blow hart windbags that do not have the balls to log in and hide under the anonymous mane.

So you claim to be but still hide behind anonymous. Are you afraid to create a profile and show your true colors?
Or are you a democrat and true union lover that is in denial.
Have to wonder just how many people here have the guts or the balls to come out of the closet and state what they truly believe
without having to hide like a scared little child.
I am union and also a republican. I just say what is on my mind and do not let either side dictate what I should do. And I certainly do not hide behind anonymous.

So you admit you have no balls? I have spoken my mind many times and even have sent emails to papers and union offices about kroger and the union. Never been fired yet for speaking my mind. Have set across a tabel fro Bill Breetze when an email i sent was printed in a local paper asking if kroger was about to go on strike. Still here. Have sent emails to cincinati and complained and still here. I have been on the kroger radar before and probably will again and still here. But then I do not hide behind a skirt or anonymous names. I at least mave the balls to say what I think and stand behind it.

the reason why people post anonymously is because this forum allows it.  when all you have to do is click reply or post, almost all people who come here rather do that than to sign up and log in. i have a user name and probably come in 2nd behind you with the most recent posts.  it is just sometime quicker to just go this route.

besides, you are in a way still posting anonymous.  i have no idea who you really are; what store you work in; what postition you hold.  you are (just like me) only using a handle.

I'm too lazy to actually make a handle for the site. But I guess I could if I ever felt like it.

Not going to post too much on the internet, because even though it's not on their property or time, I'm pretty sure they would try to hold it against me if they ever came across me badmouthing them.

I work in a Deli in Ohio.

I think that's more than enough for now, because I'm still waiting for my vacation before I truly give up on the job.

And I know they don't care a bit, and my store manager won't read this at all, but I've seen/heard waaay too many scary stories about how schools skim facebook and what not. I have a friend who's too scared to add the Kroger Sucks application or fan group to her page because of it.

as i've posted before, if you are a manager you should have better ethics and not bad mouth other employees that are just looking for a place to vent some frustrations. What would you do if one of your employees told you that they hated you, thought you were a terrible manager and were a total piece of ****? You'd probably write them up and report it to management.

If you want to criticize a particular post then quote it. Hiding behind anonymous is one thing but not mentioning or quoting the post you have a problem with shows no balls.

as i've posted before, i

I see anonymous and no record of you ever posting to vent

f you are a manager

I manage a meat department at 488 in the Dallas area of swkma

you should have better ethics and not bad mouth other employees that are just looking for a place to vent some frustrations.

So is ethics just another work to hide under anonymous and not try to give any location or contract location in the KMA.

What would you do if one of your employees told you that they hated you, thought you were a terrible manager and were a total piece of ****?

Just tell them that I do not give a **** as long as they get the job done and done right. Does not matter to much to me how they get it done as long as it is done.

You'd probably write them up and report it to management.

If they are not compliant to do the simplest of tasks correctly then yea I would report them to management.
Now under out contract ,department managers are not allowed to write anyone up, it has to be the store director or acting one if he/she is off. And before any of my workers go to see management I give them a Wiengarden rights card and the phone number to the union rep. All my people , I have told to ask management , before any conversation, if it has anything to do with discipline and if so then I want my union rep.
