Had it haooen to me a few months back. had to get a new card and was not linked to the old one. CSM said it wiould take a week to 10 days to work. Two days later the CO fixed it to where it would work. Only thing is it says Senion citisen discount and not employee but do not care. As long as I get the discount then I am happy.

glad it worked, but that sounds like something that our store would fire an employee for...they'd call it stealing.  Just like how you're not supposed to let others use your employee discount or give customers your plus card if they left theirs at home.  Also in the same way that you are not supposed to use kroger coupons that were sent specifically to someone's home (you know which one's I mean? ...the one's "chosen just for you")

You are right about that , as far as using your card for others  but I have done it a few times. I am in the marker and when I go to self checkout I have run into a very few times that someone does not have a card or lost one and I have scanned my card for them. Probably only a handful of times over the last few years. Still see some cashiers scan a card that they have when a customer is new , lost theirs or just not interested because they are visiting from out of the area.
