I own a couple Spartan stores in the Detroit area and am looking to stay competitive with my wages. Any information on salaries and benefits would be helpful (how much does it cost to have benefits at Kroger).
Last time I saw an online job posting for Kroger Management, it was for a Co-manager w/ training at 40,000 yr salary. I hear they only get paid once a month though. Working 6 days a week every week must suck too.

Can not speak for them But the last four years I ran the meat department ( Local 540 Dallas at store 488) i had enough overtime because of employee shortage, that I made more that either of our two co-managers.
