Call the number on the back of your card. Points can't be transferred so just wait until the months up before you change cards. It's possible just to get another card and keep your points that's called linking.
Talk with the HR manager in your store. I had this happen to. She had my card information in the computer because of our 10% discount. Once I got the new card she input the card number into the system. All my year to date savings and points were still on there. You can also register your cell or telephone number so in case you forget or lose your card you just use your phone number.I hope this helps
