store #1 is one of the biggest offenders!!!!!!! they take advantage of thier workers promising good people oppoartunities to advance while never planning to back the promise up. The training course a prospect takes before starting does not tell you that you will be working in the worst safty conditions you could imagine inside a very lucrative grocery store. Insde the 1331 speer king soopers you will regularly incounter both human and animal feces as well as mold , blood ,spoild food ,dangrous parking conditions ,and worst of all angry betrayed employees made that way by the time spent trying to provide for the family that depends on them and the constent need to make sure the store manager is not ripping them off in the many different ways they need to increase the bonus they get.  p.s. the mice that are rapidly breeding there are the only ones that help pick trash off the floor disbeliefbleh

I had this problem, and actually still do. I work in the Grocery Dept. and have been for about 3 years. I am still in ExpressHR as a CC, but in the stores computers, I'm coded as a Grocery Clerk. I would confirm with who handles your payroll that you are indeed coded wrong, because the way it looks to me, ExpressHR is not up to date when it comes to your position code. Have a great Holiday!

CCs, under my contract, get no raises and have no benifits. Cashiers (Front end clerk) get raises and insurance plan 500.

if you're coded as a CC and you're running register they are taking advantage of you and you neeed to talk to your union rep asap to get coded in as a cashier.

I am a cashier. On my HR express it says I am a courtesy clerk. Is that right? Wouldnt that make me a bagger?
