Fes are just cashiers in the service desk. In face all customer service are cashiers in columbus ohio. It's not a pay raise. Only ACSM and CSM get paid 14-25 an hour.
If that is how much you mad when you where just running the service desk than right. Only your bosses get more money. Talk to the union to see if your not texting screwed.
CSM is customer service manager. ACSM is assistant CSM. They are the heads of the front end department. You have to have significant experience to even apply to interview for the ACSM position.

I would like to see some upper management numbers... I'm a meat department backup/cutter in the michigan division. Been with kroger since 2007, then in late 2009 I became a cutter. I make 11.30 an hour. Our contract sucks though.
I'm a courtesy clerk, but signed something that I was forced to sign, so now I get paid $5.15 an hour, instead of $7.15 an hour. So now I have to work 2 jobs to make a living as a 16 year old. My other job is in a factory, and get paid $9.50 an hour.
