the hours do bounce. a lot depends on your availability. the more hours you can be available the more shifts you can pick up. also come in when called. we shouldn't... it's supposed to go based on seniority... but we will prioritize who we call to cover shifts by who will answer and come in.
Well I like this job actually.....I get along with a lot of my co workers who make it fun,.. and I don't have bills to pay, 19 and living with my parents until i finish up college. This is really spending money so to people saying quit, heck no! Kroger isn't half bad! I hope the hours go up! Here's to hoping Easter brings in more hours. And I talked to my other co workers and their go up and down as well, I was just wondering why! But if that's the norm then, its fine. All I can do it wait for them to go up again.
