Is the schedule that's posted on eSchedule always as accurate at the schedule posted in store? I checked the schedule posted in the breakroom on Thursday and it said that I work 1:30-10 tomorrow, but then I checked eSchedule tonight and that says I work 4:45-10 tomorrow. The rest of my schedule on eSchedule matches what's posted on the schedule at the store.

No, it is not
Always follow what the paper schedule says. Any and all changes made to any schedule is done on that paper, whether it's done by hand or newly printed.
I'd say go by the one that gives you more hours (the paper one)
One time the eschedule actually gave me more hours than the newest copy of the paper schedule, and i told my manager about it and she told me to go by the eschedule. Not sure how that happened though.
Since the eschedule is only done once a week, if they change it afterward, it'll have to be on the paper one. Eschedule itself has a note somewhere that says the schedule posted in the store is the official one. Always check both, and if in doubt, ask your department head or schedule writer.
