Pay rate night crew
Permalink

Hiyo. I was wondering if anyone had access to a chart that tells the raises levels that each department gets over a time. Preferably for a night crew stocker? I'm currently getting $7.25. But I'm about to be promoted to an official night stocker, which would boost me to $7.50. I hear after that it's another boost to $8.15 or something. Anyone got any info on this?

The bump to 7.50 might be a 25 cent night premium.
As far as any other raises, you need to check your contract.
Night clerks get the same raises as any other clerk.

at my store, everyone starts off at $7.95 an hour and $8.95 an hour if you're night crew.

Alright rabidgolfer7. Folks at my store keep telling me that night stocker is possibly the best way to get raises faster because of the massive overtime they allow us to pull off at my store. Like, every 1000 hours every department gets a raise. What would take a cashier 9 months to shave that off, would only take a night crew member about 3 to 4 months to shave that off till we earn our

 next whopping $.05 cent raise.

Your cost of living must be high where you live. You must live on the east coast.

MrChair, things must be better in Vegas. There is no such thing as staying over where I work
They do not seem to care if the trucks get done or not.
Yes you will get raises faster if you work more than 40 hours a week.
I was just saying that in our contract, a clerk is a clerk.
Some people get raises faster than others depending on how many hours they get each week.
