My biceps and triceps seem to have grown by around a millimeter or so. They're definitely bigger than they were before I started at Kroger seven months ago.
It's like my quadriceps and my calves. I ride a bicycle everywhere I go (for now). And since work is three miles away, that's at least six miles in a single day. Add in all the running around and fast movement, and my calf muscles are noticeable large.
My sister is a runner. She's even run in the Atlanta Peachtree Road Race. We were joking about it the other day. I asked her about my legs (I was wearing shorts at the time) and she joked "Yea, they're huge!"
So, if anything else, this stupid company is saving money with a gym membership. Therapy bills, now, I may have to look into those...........

That... sounds like the premise of some random pr0n.
Good for you, though. It's always nice to stay in shape.
I never had the 'good fortune' of being a cart pusher. I do admire those who do it. I see them handling 12 plus carts going thru the parking lot dodging cars & other obstacles. Then some have small hills. Not for me ...

"So, do you want me to... clear your lot?" *bow chicka chicka chicka bow*
Back when I had to push carts I kept telling myself "what ever doesn't kill me, will just make me stronger". It was cheesy advice nonetheless, but it actually motivated me. Especially when the first of the month came around. It was just a never ending loop of cart pushing all day that day and it felt like I wasn't getting anything done because of all the darn welfare recipients that would take all the carts from the cart lobby after I'd push a ton in. But day by day I noticed my endurance getting better and better and I could last alot longer out there than when I first started.
All that hard work still isn't worth that measly ol $7.25 an hour. Not even thieves work that hard.
