What's this Kroger Waterboarding Video We're Encouraged to Watch?

Can someone summarize it, please?

Never heard of it.

Maybe someone is jokingly telling you that you need to watch it so you don't get waterboarded for doing things wrong?

Waterboarding is what the US government used on prisoners at guantanemo bay and got in trouble for.  I do not think any corporation would be foolish enough to use it for a title for a training video.

I have no doubt that if Kroger thought it could get away with it and would save money that it would waterboard its employees.
Maybe it will replace suspensions soon.
Then again I work for Kroger. In goddamned Front End. In a store so mismanaged it's like living in a Dilbert comic strip.
I feel like I've been waterboarded each time I go off shift.

 I bet if you had a choice of waterboarding and getting carts, you would choose to get carts!  jk

Every person and job is important at kroger from getting carts to managing the store.  In a perfect world, everything would work smoothly if everyone did what they were supposed to do without fussing.

The description I have heard is it feels like you are drowning with no relief in sight.
