Today (November 15th), the store radio only played Christmas music. Usually we have a few sprinkled in at this time of year but this was the first time we heard Christmas music and it was all day.
Also our radio is really annoying because it's 90% horrible country
I never minded it either, since it was a break from the usual crap like this. But what always made me giggle was when they'd play the hispanic versions and the locals would get their jimmies all rustled over it. If I had a dollar for every time racist old hill billy would go off about it, I'd ever have to work again.

We had christmas music coming from the big tree in floral. And from the smaller tree by the other entrance. And from the radio. Three different christmas songs playing at once, all day. HELL.
Christmas Shoes is designed specifically to be a tear jerker of a song. Hmmmm... I wonder of this year we get to hear 50 "different" renditions of the SAME song (jingle bells), last year it was Frosty The Snowman
Some days the music doesn't suck - we'll get more 90s-00s pop (and not bad covers) and less country, at least for a decent stretch.
Also - this has happened 2 Wednesdays this fall (and it did happen, because other employees noticed, I'm not crazy) - no country music the entire day, just 50s and 60s oldies. Not the big name stuff, but exclusively oldies. Usually, the oldies we get are the bad "adult contemporary" types. But this is different! And no country!
