I love when that happens. We can never find the paper vouchers and only about three of us can remember how to do them. We're not even a big ebt store but it can be a real pain.
I've only worked at Kroger for around 8 months so I haven't had the chance to experience when this happens. I'm a courtesy clerk though so I know I'd be the one taking everything back....
