I am a bigger person and got hired 8 weeks ago and was given a shirt 2 sizes to small with the promise of a bigger one. Week after week it has not come in but I have dealt with it by wearing the given apron and a jacket. Seems any time I ask anything though I get wrong answers or told to ask so and so who doesn't know themselves.
Either way I would just like to deal with it myself. Can I wear any collared shirt with the same color or is their a place employees can order from?
I honestly don't even know if they have my size to order (5XL).
If it's the blue shirts, the largest they go is 4X and management puts orders in for them. If you need the 5x then I'd suggest just telling management that and if they are like our store, they will let him wear a similarly colored polo with their name badge instead. We have a guy like that (6'6 500lb) and management lets him do that.

That is weird here in central division we can get the blue shirts up to size 5X ......
Probably a different blue polo. From some pictures I've seen other divisions wear slightly different variations. It may be the case that OP has yours and can get it in 5x.
