Ok, how do I find out the name of whoever it is that insures us for dental? I've been with a little Kroger over two years now, I have health, I have vision, all have cards to show... but none for dental. I recently got a letter in the mail concerning dental privacy or something, I have no clue what that was about (lost the letter). Anyway, does that mean I have dental and they just forgot to send me any dental card?
Thanks for the reply. I am in VA. I know our health insurance was through the union somehow, it was a mess to get any info on it and get my card finally, it's Anthem. When I enrolled it was via filling out papers and sending them in, they lost my paperwork once, it took forever.. I sure hope the dental won't be like that. My notice of vision insurance and card just showed up one day. So I was wondering, and I have a dental visit in a few weeks coming up.
I don't have a card for vision or dental here. I've never used the dental insurance yet so i'm not sure how it works, but for vision (VSP) you don't need a card, you just tell them you have VSP and they pull up the info from your SSN.
I'm not sure if the dental works like that though.
