Interesting customer survey spotted at another grocery store

There's a panel next to the register with 5 options and you have to press your level of satisfaction before the transaction will finish. I've done the top one every time because i know anything less than that means nothing to management.

of course this is india and i haven't seen any survey number or website on any receipt

So if the cashier doesn't give you the correct change or the courtesy clerk forgets to bag one of your items or smashes your bread it's to late?  I guess they don't give you the neither satisfied or dissatisfied option do they?  That's taking the survey to an extreme.  Around here a lot of stores will ask for your zip code when you check out.  None of their dang business.  I make one up.

If I'm ever asked for an address: 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

If I'm ever asked for a ZIP code: 70805 (Most dangerous in Baton Rouge)

To be honest, I only fill those out if I ever get a rude experience at my visit in any store. That, or if there's a freebie attached.

I always preferred 1313 Mockingbird Lane myself as an address.

There are Kroger stores in India? Do they have an American aisle? Do they ever have to wear a Taste of America t-shirts?
