Um, spouses are covered here, if that coverage is chosen.
Certain divisions do not offer it anymore.
And every division that is currently offering it, is trying not to. We're in contract negotiations right now and that was proposed by Kroger right off the bat. But from what I hear, it won't be passing this year. Just staving it off, but eventually it will I'm sure.
