You need to take your cutters test and get classified as a cutter.  Work with your head meat cutting and meat mr/coordinator and leave store management out of it.

I'm classified as a cutter and I agree I do not want to mess with management but I've been getting screwed over and over and I've tried talks my to them over and over. They do not give a **** about me U or anyone unless it affects them then they care.Ive been loyal ive done what I've been told I've done more then enough and the one time I ask for them to take care of me they do the opposite and start playing games and messing with me its total BS they act like this when we work so hard for them over and over but be realized I ain't nothing but a number
