So just got my background check packet in the mail and the grade had a flag not clear for hire, so does that mean I failed? Or do I still have a chance. I've heard of people getting a flag saying do not hire so why I'm wondering if I had a chance?
If you think it is a mistaken ID, ask the hiring person to help you clear it up. Or, call the background company and try to clear up your record.
You are not hireable. I doubt you will get the job with Kroger but you need to clear your record if it is inaccurate so it doesn't show up on your next background check.
Management could hire anyways, but more than likely they won't. Because, if they do, it puts their job at risk for knowingly hiring a person that has been flagged for no hire. Did they tell you why you've been flagged?
