filing a grievance

I filed a grievance for not being payed correctly when i got promoted to a lead a month ago and haven't heard anything. I called  a couple times to follow up and the rep said he's working on it and will let me know. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to resolve issues? Jesus

Grievances take some time to process. I've seen some take over a month to finally go through.

Did you talk to a store manager or HR about not being paid correctly before going to the union? The union prefers if there is a breach of union contract that you go to a store manager to resolve it, and then you file a grievance if they refuse to help you.
