I'm guessing they want everyone to get "motivated" to push products down customers throats and inspire the customers to "visit" Italy without actually visiting Italy

The female opera voice is like nails on a chalkboard to me.  Literally hurts my ears.

We had accordian music today.  At first I thought it was coming over the loudspeaker, but it was actually some guy in the store playing it.  We also had dancers, so I heard.

The rotation of music in my store is weird. From 4pm-8pm its the same 2 opera/Italian songs over and over, but another time its the regular playlist. The new opera songs make me want to rip all of my hair out. Alot of customers have been complying about it.

I saw an email saying that so many customers complained, that they had to change the music.
