I just did the Wbl test or computer training.. Whats next after that.. no one told me what the next thing to do? Ill be working at the deli Department.. And this is gonna be my very first job.
No big deal u just gotta go thru some orientation videos for a coupla days, takes maybe 5-7 hrs each day. Then they send u 2 corp. for more training, stuff like in-depth kroger service ethics n stuff. boring really. but the hotels and restaurants are all paid for, all 5 star to, so its awesome take advantage of it!!!!
Now the last part might turn u off a little but u need 2 know up front: there is some hazing while your at corp. all I can tell u is bite on the rubber ball they give you an dont try to peek under the blind fold. oh, and goat penises arent that big so it wont hurt for 2 long. They'll bring you in for your first day on the job and start training you. Of course training is generally minimal, it depends on your department head. Might take you a week or two to actually be put on the schedule.
