I've been working for Kroger for 3 months now and I was told that union benefits don't kick in until 6 months and I won't be receiving any health insurance benefits until I worked there for 9 months. Is this true??? If so, that really sucks...
I didn't get health benefits until I been there 18 months. Depends on your contract.

yea but does that also apply to the fuel center? I heard you work fuel center I thought they dint qualify for benefits
Fuel center isn't union (in my state), so they are lucky if they get anything. So maybe, maybe not.
