First, I'm a --- now former---- customer. I'm never shopping at any of your lousy Kroger stores ever again, and that's pretty sad considering I've been a faithful, loyal customer for well over 40 years! But no more. I go in now, and there's NOTHING on the shelves of what I drove all the way across town to shop for. The prices are horrendous, the employees are rude at best, hide from you at worst, and the managers----if you can even find them---are scurrying around glued to their cell phones. I've had it.
You do realize bellyaching here will get you less than squat, right? Go complain to 1-800-Kroger and I'm sure you'll get a spiffy $20.00 or extra super spiffy $50.00 Kroger gift card (depending on how loudly you yap at them). It's always our fault, the employees, for not servicing you, the customer, to your satisfaction, so I'm sure Kroger won't doubt your claims. It's why we happily make minimum wage so Kroger can afford to Make It Right with valued customers like you with Kroger gift cards.

Walmart, here I come. To stay!

Barb Penderghast
The don't care about their employees nor do they care about you shopping there.
