i was suspended indefinitely for 3 months and during this period, i filed for unemployment and was later denied because i didn't make a average weekly wage (during a 20 week period) of $243. I was missed it by 8 dollars smh. And i recently had my grievance meeting the other day and told me i either quit or let them fire me. I thought management could've saved all the trouble and just simply fired me instead of suspending me.

Am i allowed to receive any type of back-pay from my Kroger?
