Anyone else can't stand the presence of managers? It seems like they're simply just in the way. The worker does all the work. But those dāmn managers just throw out the utmost inane orders due to having their privileged "position of power".
The work crew can have their own routine down to a tee that gets their task completed in a timely and organized manner. But here comes a dāmn manager that wants them to do things differently because him/her has nothing else better to do other than toss around stupid orders. It absolutely pisses me off.
They get bored walking their fat azzes around all day with a cart looking like they are doing something.
Ain't that the truth. I have a co-manager that walks around with his little clipboard all day pretending to "look important". He always says the same things to everyone in an attempt to waste the customers time and ours by "pushing that survey!".

Not all managers suck ass. Everyone of my stores assistants and the store manager bust their ass for 12 hours a day and most department heads work 10 hours+ a day busting their butts. It's quite a relief after working in some stores where they do just wander around aimlessly.
