I have worked at Kroger for a year and a half. I started as a cashier at $7.35 an hour. I get a $0.10 raise every six months! I've been working in file maintenence and drug gm for months now. This is the first week I'm now being scheduled for grocery too! Here's the thing they won't change my job title I'm still considered front end cashier on the Kroger ess site! I haven't been scheduled as a cashier in probably four months. I'm making $7.65 and hour now because of the ten cent raises every 6 months! Should I be making more than that and should they change my job title? I've asked and they told me no!
