when do the shared success bonus checks get passed out? are they printed out and held like regular payroll or will it be deposited directly into my account? Since I have only worked at Kroger for 2 months will I even get one?
I have thirty years with Kroger and I have never ever seen a shared bonus check. Am I living on a different planet.
u must be! We've gotten 3 or 4 already. Usually we meet our goal then right at the last minute "oh we didn't hit sales goal, your payout is 35 cents" or something ignorant
Not every division has them. Cincy/Dayton, which is *supposed* to be the main headquarters, where everyone seems to think we get special treatment (we don't) doesn't get them. :(
