Scheduling/availability issues

Been having issues with my manager lately his been scheduling me way too many hours then I can work due to school.

We are short on staff however store manager is dragging her feet to hire someone.

Ive been calling out 2 times a week but cant continue this way any longer as my coworkers are closing the department alone.

What should be my next step? Any advise or suggestions?

Have you tried changing your availability? Or switching it back if they change it on you?

I have never used E Schedule before but I think a person needs to request it.  Then a store manager or Department manager needs to approve it or deny it.  That is the only way the E schedule will follow the availability request.

Well, I have one coworker that put in the request over a year ago and it has never been approved.  It is frozen on pending.  Each week I have to change her schedule.

currently pending on E schedule. Which I think they dont want to approve it.
