Have you tried changing your availability? Or switching it back if they change it on you?
I have never used E Schedule before but I think a person needs to request it. Then a store manager or Department manager needs to approve it or deny it. That is the only way the E schedule will follow the availability request.
Well, I have one coworker that put in the request over a year ago and it has never been approved. It is frozen on pending. Each week I have to change her schedule.
