all this bare bones and "work more" stuff got me wondering what it would cost the company to pay out workers comp claims on employee(s) vs just hiring people and giving more hours. Add 40 hours to a dept's schedule can't cost more than someone working too hard and getting hurt (time off/replacing injured person, doctor's visits, possibility of a lawsuit, etc). Do they even realize this is a very likely outcome? Or are they only worried about what's happening right now? We'll deal with injuries when they happen. They will happen
