Is my goose cooked?

Four months ago we got a new store manager who came in like a ball of fire.  My dept. manager stepped down and transferred because of it.  He told me I needed to find a transfer (which I did but the new SM won't approve it), I talked to a merchandising rep who said yeah get used to it you're not going to like it.   Not soon after the new SM berated me because of case conditions even after I told him I was off the day before.  Berated me for running out of product when I hadn't done orders for 3 days because I was off.  Tells the new dept. manager he doesn't like the job I do.  There are things being done offensively wrong in the dept in which I may or may not have taken pictures of and sent to coordinators causing my store manager to say I don't know what you're doing but this is not going to turn out well for you.  Also my dept. backup called me a m*ther fu**er to my face in which the SM just glossed over.

Yes I talked my rep about transferring and the store conditions and she said they can't do anything and to talk to your coordinator about both.

Have you put your goose in the oven? It will not cook until you put it in the oven.

Directions
  1. Place goose in a large pot. Add water to cover and stir in the sea salt. ...
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  3. Remove goose from water and drain well. Remove all innards and trim excess fat from the tail. ...
  4. Place the goose in the preheated 450 degree F oven. ...
  5. Carve goose and serve with stuffing and Cumberland sauce.

Union?  Union?  U think the Kroger Union is going to DO anything???   Please....... don't make me laugh.  If someone tells me that the Kroger union is good at solving problems and complaints, and is worth the weekly union dues, I would feel like laughing like Harvey Kneeslapper:

Your current store manager can NOT deny a transfer as long as the store you are transferring to has an open position and that store manger allows you to come to their store.  We had a similar situation at my store with someone transferring to our department.  Our new kitchen lead was being blocked to transfer in by her old store manger until she got HR involved.  The only person that will ever help you in working at Kroger is yourself. Read your union contract and memorize it.  Then you will realize how much crap they get away with, that they are not allowed to do.
