the other poster is right man. Nah I'm kidding buddy, they are for getting a good score on CSATS or if a customer is satisfied with your service. At the end of a bimonthly period you turn the stickers in for a car raffle the amount of stickers you have indicates the amount of entries you have in a raffle.
