Are you sure your login information is correct? I had to check mine a few times as it was re-directing me too. And realized I had my password wrong a few times. After I fixed it, it got me into the site with no problem.
Wow thanks for the advice. Yup same as always but when I type in hr express on my phone ipad or desktop in the search bar the first one that comes up is

etc ending with explore IBM HTTP Server
thats why I think there may be a problem. This is in the search results before I even attempt to log in.

Anyways with mine I found out that apparently I was indeed using the wrong password and it locked me out of my account.
Not once did it tell me that I had the wrong password, it just redirected me to an error page over and over again then finally told me I was locked out.
