So it was brought to my attention that I may become status 3 soon. my question is what happens if I can only work 24 hours in the Spring due to school. Can I lose status 3 if I drop to a certain amount of hours? during the Summer I can still work 40 hours
If you drop below an average of 34 hours, you'll lose status 3. I'm not sure how many weeks it'd take, but the whole spring probably would be enough to lose it. Of course knowing this company you'll end up getting it again in the summer.
I know someone who worked here, got status 3, left for a while to do another job, and just recently got status 3 again, after she was thinking about putting in her 2 weeks, lol.
