I was let go back from Kroger in November 2016, and never thought anything of it again until yesterday. One of my old co worker called me to tell me they got fired, and said the manger who fired her had them sign a termination papers. My old co worker bought up a very good point to me. When I got fired, the manger never had me sign termination papers... Do I have any options here?

Yes, get over it, be glad you were fired, find a better job and live happily ever after.
No, you haven't shown up to work in 2 months. They can say you quit. Or, show that you refused to sign with witnesses signed on the paper. Or, make you sign termination papers then. You still won't have a job.
You don't have to sign anything. What your co-worker did was they signed an official statement of termination. They didn't have to but they did. For them it will come up in any unemployment filings and will only assist in blocking them from getting assistance in the midterm until they find another job.
