The easiest way to thank the associate for this and give recognition would be to call the store and ask for the store manager or do the survey on the back of receipts and mention the associate's name.
The best way to do it is to fill out a survey on the bottom of the receipt and leaving a raving reply giving her name. "Shout outs" ARE EVERYTHING to this company... EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!
