At first I was upset a little, because they transferred a couple of our floor managers and brought in new ones. I just started getting to know the old ones. While at work last night I realized why they do this. I really like one of our transfers. She actually pays attention to the employees and what ideas they have. She recognizes the work that needs to be done. Even though she has her own tasks to complete, is constantly being called on the PA, etc, she still take the time to go to each department, wipe something down, look at the equipment (broken or working), and asks questions. As far as I've seen with her, she wants to do her job right and improve in any way she can. I miss the other two, they were Great, but I am glad we have someone new in here (even if just for a little while).
