Okay, so my next to last pay stub had the following information on it: On "Regular Earning", it had 16.2 hours while for "Other Premium", it had 20.70 hours at a rate of 25 cents. But on my most recent pay stub, the "Other Premium" and "Regular Earning" were exactly the same, 24 hours. Can someone please explain to me what the difference is between "Regular Earning" and "Other Premium" on the online pay stub? (I get Direct Deposit). Thanks. - Davin S.
